  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Exact timing is not guaranteed.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship within the U.S. only.

  • Incorrect Addresses: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what was promised, please contact us at help@gobroquet.com within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Broquet LLC or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
