How does billing work?
However your accounting team prefers: buy a pack directly, or email us and we'll invoice — no checkout carts, no procurement headaches. Standing accounts are one monthly invoice.
Can we mix arrangements within a pack?
Yes. Every send is your choice of The Broquet or The Cairn, decided per send. One rate covers either.
What's the roster and milestone tracking?
Send us your team list with work anniversaries and known milestones. Before each one, we email you: “Marcus hits three years next month — want us to send?” You reply yes, we handle it. You get the credit for remembering.
What if the arrangement shows up looking like it lost a bar fight?
