Refund policy

Broquet ships fresh-cut, hand-tied arrangements made to order. That means we can’t take returns the way a clothing brand can. It also means we stand behind every bouquet we send — if something arrives wrong, we make it right.

What we replace, free of charge

We’ll send a free replacement (or issue a full refund) if:

  • Your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order doesn’t arrive at all

Email dberry@gobroquet.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll get a replacement on the way the same day.

What we don’t refund

  • Change of mind. Every arrangement is hand-tied to order. We can’t resell it once it’s made.
  • Wrong shipping address at checkout. Please confirm the delivery address before you order. If we ship to the address you provided and it’s incorrect, we’re unable to refund.

    • Arrangements left outside for hours. Fresh-cut flowers need to be brought inside and placed in water within a few hours of delivery. Heat damage from extended porch time isn’t covered.

    The Cairn (succulent) is different

    The Cairn is a living plant, not cut flowers. Its replacement window is 30 days instead of 48 hours. If it dies within the first month under normal care, we’ll replace it free.

    Cancellations

    We start preparing your order the moment it’s placed. Cancellations are only possible if requested within 60 minutes of order placement. Email dberry@gobroquet.com immediately and we’ll do what we can.

    Carrier issues

    Lost packages, weather delays, and missed delivery attempts are tracked but ultimately outside our control. We’ll work with you to investigate, and if the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) confirms fault, we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
