Does it come with a vase?
The Broquet and The Hymn ship hand-tied and wrapped — no vase included. Any pitcher, mason jar, beer growler, or even a clean coffee can works. The arrangement is the focal point, not the vessel. The Cairn (succulent) is the exception — it ships hand-planted in its own matte stoneware bowl, no extra container needed.
How long do the flowers last?
7-10 days with the included care instructions. The Cairn (succulent) lasts indefinitely with minimal water — its whole job is to outlive every other gift on the desk.
Can I add a personal note?
Yes. Every order includes a handwritten card. Add your message during checkout. Keep it short and direct — we'll write it the way you'd write it.
What's your return / freshness policy?
If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, we replace it free — just email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Since these are fresh-cut and hand-tied to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind.
